PIA governance
Terms of Use
The operating terms for accessing PIA research, reports and portfolio tools.
Draft for legal review · Updated 4 August 2026
Account and licence
Access is personal to the account or organisation plan purchased. Users must protect credentials and may not resell, scrape, bulk extract or redistribute licensed data or reports beyond the permitted plan scope.
Subscriptions and purchases
Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Subscription renewals, cancellations, taxes, refunds and report credits are governed by the checkout terms shown at purchase.
Acceptable decisions
PIA supports research and comparison; it does not replace independent financial, credit, legal, planning, building or tax advice. Users remain responsible for due diligence and investment decisions.
Portfolio responsibility
Users may enter and manage information only for portfolios they are authorised to access. Values, rates, lender details and calculations may be delayed, incomplete, user-supplied or indicative and should be checked against current source documents before a decision.
Beta service
A private beta may contain incomplete functionality, synthetic data and changing controls. Real portfolio data must not be invited until the beta scope, participant consent, support channel, retention, backup, incident and deletion arrangements are approved. Beta access does not reduce PIA's privacy and security obligations.
Availability
Inputs can be delayed, incomplete or revised. Features dependent on third-party licences may change. Material commercial terms and data rights must be finalised before public release.
This is a product-ready draft, not a substitute for review by an Australian privacy and technology lawyer before public launch.
